Y4 brass concert
Description
Dear Y4 parents and carers,
As you will know, your child has been receiving free brass lessons in school as part of our collaboration with Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust (NMPAT) for the past seven weeks. Next Thursday is their final lesson with the brass teachers and we are really pleased with the progress they have made and how fantastic their music-making is sounding!
On Thursday 19th March, we would like to invite you in to listen to their final performance where they will play for you and share what they have learnt about musical notation, rhythm and playing a brass instrument. They will also play some of their favourite piece of music.
The short concert will start at 1:30pm in the KS2 school hall and will be finished by around 2pm with each class having a short performance time.
If you are able to make it, we look forward to seeing you there. Please sign-in at the main school office and you will be shown up to the hall.
