Parents' evening - virtual appointments

Dear Parents and Carers, 

Parent-Teacher Meetings 

We would like to invite you to attend our Parent-Teacher meetings for the autumn term. 

As in previous years, appointments will be booked through ParentMail. This allows you to select a convenient time with your child’s class teacher and you will receive an email confirming your appointment. Each family should make one appointment with the class teacher. 

Our autumn term Parents’ Evenings are scheduled as follows: 

• Tuesday 21st October – Virtual appointments, 4:15–6:15pm 

• Wednesday 22nd October – In-person appointments, 4:00–7:30pm 

We ask that, unless a court order is in place, separated families attend the same appointment slot (whether virtual or face-to-face) as teachers are unable to accommodate duplicate appointments for every child. 

Face-to-face appointments are limited to 10 minutes to help teachers keep to schedule and avoid delays. 

The ParentMail booking system will open on Monday 29th September (this evening) at 6pm and will close on Monday 20th October at 4pm. After this date, please contact the school office if you need to make changes. 

Please log into your ParentMail app to book appointments. Use the Parents’ Evening icon for booking, and the Video Appointments icon to access virtual meetings from your phone, tablet, or laptop. 

Families of children on the SEND register will also have the option of booking an additional appointment with Mrs McManus (Inclusion Lead). 

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office and we will support you in booking a face-to-face appointment.
