Summer Music Recital

Dear parent/carer

We are delighted to invite your child to take part in our upcoming Summer Recital concert on Thursday 10th July at 6:30pm. Your child's instrumental skills will be a wonderful addition to what promises to be a fantastic evening of music. All children who have instrumental lessons at school are taking part in this evening event and their teachers have been working on pieces with them. Some of the peripatetic teachers will also be attending, to help the children with their performances. Please could you complete this form to indicate if your child is able to play at this event and how many seats you will require. Initial allocation will be 3 seats per family. If you would like to go on a list for extra seats, please also indicate that on the form.

Please arrive at the KS2 Hall door at 6:15pm so that we can tune your child's instrument and allow time for them to warm up before the performance begins.

They are welcome to wear their own clothes. They will need to remember their instrument, their music, and a drink.

We are sorry for the short notice of this event and really hope that you and your child can attend. We are looking forward to showcasing their talents and celebrating the hard work they've put into their music making.
