Voluntary Contributions

This trip is to enhance our curriculum and we are relying on parental contributions to enable the trip to take place. We would appreciate you paying a voluntary donation of £17.00 to cover the cost of this trip.

Please pay this amount via our ParentMail online payment system here or log in to your Parentmail mobile app. Payment to be received by Friday 6th June.

Lunch arrangements

Children will need a packed lunch for this trip.  All current Kingswood lunch orders for 1st July have been cancelled so if you require a Kingswood packed lunch, please order this online by midnight on Wednesday 25th June.

Dietary information about packed lunches provided by Kingswood can be found on the attached document.

If children bring their own packed lunch, it should be in a clearly named disposable carrier bag. It should be nut free and contain no fizzy drinks or sweets.

Both trips have been thoroughly planned and carefully risk assessed by the Year 5 team and our Educational Visits Coordinator. A copy of the risk assessment is available upon request.

Should you have any queries regarding this event, please feel free to contact us.

Yours sincerely,

Year 5 Team
